Pay back all the funds borrowed from social security. It is a progressive program that is hugely popular with the demographic that shows up at the polls. Conservatives want fiscal reform? How about paying back the money borrowed from our retirement funds that every American paid into? Pay back the American people first!

Category: Ethics No Supreme Court member should be allowed to accept ANYTHING valued in excess of $100 from ANY individual or corporation or any other entity. They may no longer attend any event sponsored or funded by any PAC or any other entity whose primary activities are to contribute to our otherwise influence any political activity anywhere in the country. This is specifically directed to, but not limited to, Scalia and Thomas wandering off to the Koch brothers secret gatherings.

Outlaw “Too Big to Fail” and establish a contingency/depositary account that would seize all assets of any bank that chooses to involve itself in risky operations that result in failure and/or collapse. The seized assets would be redistributed to the Federal Reserve and used for national needs such infrastructure, national defense, social security, Medicare, ACA etc.

We should seriously rethink the 2nd Amendment. The Constitution was meant to evolve. At the time it was written the was no organized military so the citizenry was the line of defense. Now that is no longer necessary. In that light only security forces should be allowed to bear arms. There is no rational reason individuals should be allowed to possess weaponry.

There are zero middle and lower class people in our federal Congress. The only way to try to eliminate legislation without representation is to pass term limits. A long running ad campaign nationwide should be funded by collective progressive organizations to do this. Foundations should be contacted to help with funding.

Raise the gas tax to fund the grade separation and electrification of the railroads with only solar and wind energy. Immigration reform; We need to marry a tough line on border control AND establishing a quota and strict criteria for immigration. (Like most other countries have) - And, we need to deal in a fair way with the immigrants that WE have ALLOWED to stay here illegally for SO LONG! Deport any who have committed any felonies and offer a pathway to citizenship for the rest. - But, we MUST close our borders to illegal immigrants. It is not fair to all of our negatively effected communities.
