Make sure that all police departments nation wide have body cameras and vehicle cameras at same time.A special outside of the state prosecutor should be assigned to unarmed police shootings of all people.Police departments should vigorously seek to hire minorities especially black and latin people.ALL police officers should have race and ethnicity training to properly understand the communities their are paid to serve and protect.

Repeal "The Patriot Act" which has gutted the Bill of Rights. Close down the NSA as an unwarranted illegal invasion of Privacy (including the use of domestic drones) Allow and push for Factual NEWS reporting and Stop misinforming the Public. The Mass Media needs to be broken up just like the Big Banks (Wall Street) - enforce "The Sherman Anti-Trust Act".

Repeal the National Security Act of 1947 and the Patriot Act. Both of these created agencies free to violate the Constitution with no oversight and criminalize those who object to their illegal practices.

The Federal Government should be involved in all cases involving Civil Rights. It is of the utmost importance as, it should never fall on the locality where the incidents occur and often never gets to the proper agency and is dropped before it is properly investigated. Key people in major positions cause this, especially in the Jim Crow states. It should be treated like all cases of Bullying or use of force and coercion.

End all telephone solicitation. One's privacy, personal time, and telephone expenses are violated constantly. Also, if all solicitation by phone was eliminated, a huge reduction in tele-crime would result. In today's day in age no one needs to be hounded by cold-callers and pushy sales persons. Any information a customer needs to make purchases is easily available on the internet.

Incarcerate those engaged in corporate crime and tax evasion. UBS Bank, Switzerland's largest, revealed the names of over 4,500 American depositors guilty of US tax fraud. Celebrities have been jailed for this. The names of these people have been hidden from the public. Too often the fines paid are far less than the theft.

Prohibit bundling of cable network stations to prevent people from having to support political and religious broadcasts they disagree with just in order to get cable access (Kiss forced funding of FOX Republicanism and Religious Propaganda Goodbye).

Prison reform...stop incarcerating everybody even for the smallest infraction: have them pay restitution instead. Also stop allowing the prisons to punish inmates as they see fit or just for the fun of it because they feel they can get away with it. We need more re-entry and rehabilitation rather than aggressive guards and intimidation, while the tax payers and inmates pay and the prisons make huge profits.

Make corporate Board of Directors and top executives personally liable to pay damages to the public, out of their own personal fortunes, for crimes or torts. Especially since corpoations are "persons", They should be held personally liable for their actions

Eliminate gerrymandering entirely. Each state gets two senators--one from each party. Each district (divided equally by the number in each party)--gets two representatives, one from each party. Go entirely away from the electoral college and count every vote.

RE: 2nd AMENDMENT. Since it clearly links the necessity of citizens owning guns to the state's need for a well-armed militia, let's require that all gun owners be members subject to call-up of the national guard, which I think is the closest thing we have to militias today.

Reduce the power of the NSA to collect the private data of millions of people, eliminate the president's power to declare anyone an enemy combatant or supporting terrorism without all the rights guaranteed them in the bill of rights, protect whistleblowers who bring force transparency into our governmental processes.

Require judge involvement in all plea bargains to reduce false guilty pleas. As soon as an indictment is returned, a magistrate would meet separately with the defense and prosecutor and make a non-binding recommendation to dismiss, go to trial, or enter into a particular plea bargain. This would combat the structural advantage that prosecutors currently have, pressuring too many defendants into guilty pleas to avoid a lengthy trial and the risk of a higher sentence.
