This law would effectively stop campaigns from using PAC's and SUPERPAC's because they could not get there message out until so many political ads were running that they would be drowned out. It would also prevent candidates from making media buys that would drown out opponents from the start. It would further promote fair elections because to get your name and issues out politicians would have to "take it to the public" via debates and meetings where now it is just a "charm offensive" (i.e. vote for me, I'm not them!). This law has real potential and isn't just a rant like "ban the NSA" or "get rid of Citizen's United." Finally, it would cut the cost of elections by limiting the amount a candidate could spend (only 75 days means limited advertising).
