instead of euthanization and cremation of so many abandoned or unwanted pets at animal shelters here in the USA and in other western nations -- put the sacrificed animal to some good use; allow the animals to be frozen and sold to starving distressed nations and/or people who can use the meat of the sacrificed animals as a source of protein for sustainance of life, and secondarily, they can use the skins of the animals for other adjunct products they may need to make and use to sustain life.

We have one home, Earth. Every decision made, political, economic, industrial, or agricultural should be made intelligently and passionately with great regard for our environment. If an intended action or policy were to have a negative impact on our environment it would be reworked to create a positive result with no negative impact at a minimum. If there was an essential program or policy etc. there could be mitigation on a different site that was environmentally damaging or degraded.

AIR IS FIRST, WATER IS SECOND, FOOD IS THIRD. FOOD HAVING NO NEGATIVE IMPACT ON ENVIRONMENT AND USING LESS WATER IS THE WAY OF THE FUTURE. My mission, I believe a matter of our nations survival, is to move this nation forward a large step towards Aquaculture, hydroponics and preferably aqauponics. Our food source is already dismal. We used to be called the food basket, California was producing the majority of vegetables and other foods. I am seeking grant to get started.

Create a 100% sir tax all petroleum products. This would currently place the minimum price of gasoline at $5.00/ gallon(approx), discouraging superfluous use of automobiles as recreational vehicles and encouraging public transportation. The funds generated could be used to create public owned solar power grids to lower fossil fuel consumption

Close down nuclear power plants. Designers of nuclear power plants never anticipated rising sea levels and storm surges resulting from global warming which threaten nuclear power plants on the coast. A domestic Fukushima is only a matter of time.

Where I live big industry discharges millions of pounds of toxins into the air. The inside of homes and cars have weird dust and grit in them. Please regulate companies being allowed to discharge millions of pounds of toxic waste particles into the air and make then use scrubbers and equipment to clean up their manufacturing process.

Control/Ban Fireworks: Fireworks spread carcinogenic heavy metals and toxic gases, harmful to humans and all living things. FIREWORKS present one of the deadliest ongoing degraders of clean air and water quality in the USA.They are detonated at an ever growing and alarming rate. We are not free if we cannot escape poor air and water quality caused by fireworks. We need strict limitations or a general ban on the sale and use of fireworks in the USA.

show that Hydro-Fracking is not sustainable, way too toxic,wastes millions of gallons of fresh water per well, per day, fills up the groundwater with 600 plus, volatile,hormone disruptors, and cancer causing chemicals, skirts the Clean Air, Clean and Clean Water Acts, by way of ,the Halliburton Loophole ,written by the extraction industry, and Dick Chaney,leaks large amounts of "Methane" that is 80 times worse than C O2. Ruins farms, and property values, it will never pay for itself. Treason

GMO crops promised higher yields and claimed required less toxic pesticide spraying. Of which neither are true. In fact, GMO seeds stop the plants ability to obtain minerals and other nutrients from the soils its planted in. Therefore, rendering the food derived from those crops worthless in much needed nutrients to sustain human and animal lives. Stop GMO crops now and return to true natural seeds immediately in order to feed our growing population!
