No more than 10 times difference from the lowest to highest salaries. Bonus and profit sharing that is an equal percentage of income for every employee is paid from current earnings. Unequally paid bonuses and profit sharing must be paid from retained earnings. (Equality rule does not apply to sales commissions which are paid from current revenues)

Refine national trade policy to penalize off-shoring to get around environmental regs, Don't let foreign corporations own/exploit U.S. natural resources.Takings laws shouldn't be allowed to stop communities from deciding their own development fate.

we need a constitutional amendment to remove clause giving automatic eligibility for citizenship to a child born on American soil. Unless we do this we will continue the cycle of illegal immigration, followed by the necessity to reunite families and amnesty while millions Wait patiently overseas to get legal visas

Create a constitutional amendment that allows a ballot measure nationwide every year to allow voters to overturn supreme court decisions, such as the citizens united ruling. This should be done so that the spirit of the "government of the people, by the people, for the people" continues to live on. This is what America should be like! So that no political parties can stack up the courts in our judicial system in their favor.

Robots are transforming the economy both for good and ill. They make things that last and they take jobs. They are a giant engine of inequality unless recognized for what they are: Social goods, not private goods. As a social good they are an income provider, as a private good they are job stealers. They must be taxed and their revenue made to support the basic income guarantee posted elsewhere on this site.

Require religious institutions that are tax exempt to pay a portion of the cost incurred by society for any terrorist activity that arises from or is attributed to said religion or religious leaders of said religion by terrorist action resulting from participation in said religious institution. A certified global reserve must be funded by all major religions including but not limited to Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism........with funds used to pay for religious terrorism

Shut down some American Embassies. Why do we need an American Embassy in each country? This is money wasted that could be used for US infrastructure, veteran care and housing. Also, the fact that we hire private security firms to protect our embassies and diplomats. We have trained Military Police in all our armed forced why could they not be doing this? All this is doing is making private security firms wealthy.

Cities: Access to jobs and improved economy and national security (via education) enhanced by transportation systems and educational opportunities that are free. (Paid for by, respectively, gas taxes and whoever is paying for bombs, drones, destroyers etc

Abolish or lower taxes for artists and creative people. Ireland has zero tax for artists, writers, musicians, etc. Policies in the US are currently driving the creative people out of the country. These are the people who essentially create wealth out of nothing, and they do it for others in addition to themselves.

Establish a Global Anti-Terrorist Strike Force, code named "Excalibur."This elite Special Forces unit would fall under UN jurisdiction and be only elite military operators, sourced from the permanent member States of the Security Council. "Excalibur"would combat extremists across all UN member state's with impunity. Their mandate supersedes State's sovereignty for missions to protect civilians & prevent attacks. It's time to globally unite against extremism to protect the weak and vanquish evil!

Build a magnetic levitating platform to supplement the U.S. Hwy infrastructure; A platform that 18 wheelers and personal vehicles can park on and turn off the engine to save gas, pay a toll and travel with your vehicle to another city or part of the State or area of the Country at high speed with more safety than air travel. Maglev technology can run on wind and solar and save consumers time and cut back on carbon emissions and take reduce risk for long haul drivers.

Ex offenders with a low level (4th degree) or nonviolent felony conviction. Should be reviewed for clemency after 10 years automatically. If it is in the public interest regardless of politics in an election year. If they have not reoffended and have redeemed themselves through education. Testimony from bosses, professors or others with knowledge of their past and their redemption since should be a factor.

Let's take 2 Big Problems and create 1 Big Positive Idea! Our young adults face a horrible job market. Our infrastructure and Power Grid are outdated. Let's create a Two-Year National Service program for kids when they reach the age of 18. Evaluate them, and set them to work on our problems; put the most computer-savvy kids to work with new Green Tech companies. Put other kids in jobs that help them network and learn real-world skills as they create a new, Smarter Power Grid.

Nationalize all the banks! Keep all the employees and managers, they are government employees from now on. Their HUGE profits now go to the federal government. Eventually, individual taxation shall no longer be needed. And the bank's risky schemes shall no longer take place, or be supervised by government, now present at all board meetings. I see this as the only path to a saner economy.
