Free education should be extended at least 2 years past the 12th grade. This education should be for Technical schooling and or College prep courses. Business Finances and Ethnic and Religious beliefs to better understand the "Real World" conditions.

Change federal law to accept not only the allopathic MD monopoly of health care, but that of Naturopathic/wholistic doctor's as well. People should have a choice in the type of doctor they want to work with. Obamacare currently doesn't include wholistic doctors.

Instead of spending millions for low income housing apartments invest that money in building tiny houses that are energy efficient. Set it up like homesteading, that they can one day own their own homes.

We have to subsidize teachers' salaries in the public school system to make teaching an attractive (dare I say lucrative) option for well-educated graduates. With that, of course, we will need to ensure public school systems have the ability to let unproductive teachers go so they can hire new talent. This cannot be simply a raise for dead wood: it has to be part of a larger education transformation. If we can blow $5-6 trillion in Iraq, we can surely spare relative change to revive education.

Fairness in fines. At present the fines for illegal acts are set as specific dollar amounts, so a fine which is appropriate for a 'typical' person can cripple a poor person's finances or be paid from petty cash by a big company. Change all present and future fines to instead be defined as a fraction of gross annual income, so that their impact will be similar no matter who has to pay them. (Net income would be a better basis, except that it is subject to far too many accounting tricks.)

The average American consumes 75 lbs of sugar per year. All forms of sugar need to be regulated like any other food additive (list % of DV). Tax policy should be formed to encourage reduction of use. It is creating a health crisis.

Dramatically increase the number of solar-powered electronic signs that tell you how fast you're driving vs. the speed limit. People respond to them. They would no doubt reduce accidents and reduce all associated costs.

Federal Government take on Lead in legalizing Medical Marijuanna. Follow Colorado's lead and begin researching all medicinal uses of Marijuanna and FDA quickly approve. Federal Government needs to take steps to remove all previous, negative stigmas associated.

Half the water consumed in the U.S. irrigates land growing feed and fodder for livestock. It takes 25 gallons of water to produce a pound of wheat, but 2,500 gallons to produce a pound of meat. If these costs weren't subsidized by the American taxpayers, the cheapest hamburger meat would be $35 per pound! If we abolish all taxpayer support for the livestock industry, the cheapest hamburger meat would be $35 per pound, effectively making everyone in the United States a vegetarian.

1. Fair taxing for all based on gross income without loophole. 2. Eliminate tax incentives for corporations. 3. For those Corporations who ship American jobs overseas, Add an additional tax of 50% of all income from those jobs. 3. Eliminate all college tuition for every Americans. 4.

Between now and the 2018 Federal FY Budget Cycle, require the Pentagon to completely review all its Commands, programs, equipment, etc. for redundancy, usefulness and out-datedness, Taking measures to decommission, consolidate and revise as soon as possible. All purchases thereafter shall be made on the market and not through 'Special Contracts' wherever possible.
