Major funding for FBI and State/City police to combat sex trafficking of minors in the U.S. Extensive training in how to track down traffickers and protect children and teens from them. Punish the pimp/john NOT the underage prostitute. Minimum 15 year without parole sentences for traffickers, 5 years without parole for men who have sex with minors under 16, 10 years for having sex with minors under 12. The U.S. is a MAJOR player in underage sex trafficking. This is not some distant problem.

The number of congressional representatives for each state shall be determined by the number of actual voters in the most recent two congressional elections, instead of by the state's population. This change would give each state incentive to encourage voting, and a penalty for disenfranchisement. The measure of Apportionment can be changed by law, no constitutional amendment required.

Investigate and cease Geoengineering and expose the functions and effects of secretive HAARP projects that interfere with and manipulate weather patterns by aerosol spraying of highly toxic metals and chemicals into the upper atmosphere. By using chemtrails from high flying aircraft we are being poisoned from above every day without scrutiny or oversight. We need to know the facts.

Eliminate all but two staff offices for all members of Congress, one in Washington and the other in his/her home state. For Senators, that would eliminate 4 offices per Senator or 400 offices (staffs, buildings, maintenance, benefits, etc.) For House Reps, that would eliminate 1 office per Rep. or 435 offices. The total for both would be 835 offices which would save trillions of dollars over time.

Provide public funding for congressional elections analogous to the one that already exists for presidential elections. It is constitutional and will solve the problem of money in politics. We need it now.

Perform mandatory IRS tax audits on everyone whose gross income is $1M or more. Perform audits, by lottery, on 25% of those who earn $500K to $999,999.99. For corporations, the same at $100M and $10M.

Set a goal of more than 99% high school graduation, and fund it and provide schools with the other resources they need. This includes reasonable size classes and facilities.

Barter or sell all foreign military bases. Replace our world-wide military with a home defense force similar to the National Guard, trained and equipped for construction and disaster relief as well as combat.

Eliminate the Medicare earnings cap and tax the 5% so that they'll stay out of the Medicare system.They can self pay instead of bleeding us.Also stop wasting Medicare on people who won't recover so the nursing homes can keep getting richer.I've seen this happen.

Build modern nuclear reactors which can provide tons of cheap, clean, safe energy. Generation 4 reactors, such as thorium reactors, produce 95% less waste (because they use 95% of the fuel), which stays hot for only 300 years (as opposed to 10,000 years for the old reactors we're currently using), are designed for passive shut-downs so they literally can't melt down, can eat the waste of old nuclear reactors, and don't rely on weaponizable fuel. Clean, safe energy with minimal, manageable waste.

Estate Taxes. At present the first $5.3M is exempted from taxation and the top rate is 40%. Reduce the "exemptable" amount to $2M, above which the minimum rate is 25%. At $5M, 35%, $10M, 45%, $25M, 55%, $50M 65%, $75M, 75%, $100M, 85%, $500M, 90%. Let's end an aristocratic America, and put more of us in the position of truly having to earn our way, on more equal footing. AMT's set at 85% of above rates.
