If big Multi-Milli/Billi$ corps want a tax cut for bringing manufacturing back to US then the following criteria must be met: 1. As a way to combat double digit unemployment, street corner crime and to rebuild the tax base to fund the Public Services/Programs needed in poor Black Communities lets bring Unionized Manufacturing to low income Urban Areas across the country. 2. They must pay all of their employees a minimum of $35/hr $75k/yr. 3.They can't cut their hours 4.Provide in-house daycare

If the torture perpetrators are going to get off without prosecution and be pardoned for crimes against US and humanity, then the undocumented workers must also be pardoned and given green cards. Separate this issue from immigration policy for the future.

Justice Reform for the 99% Governors appoint independent Ombuds "Actual Innocence" Offices in every state (& 1 for federal cases) which WILL fully & fairly investigate cases of Prosecutorial Misconduct;the poor who are actually innocent can present exculpatory evidence to clear their Good names & reputations fully for the Record + prosecutors who'd violated their rights are brought to look them in the eye at a Desmond Tutu-style "Truth & Reconciliation Commission" Hearing for sentencing.

Pass a Presidential Decree that any and all Killing of the American public by any Law Enforcement Dept. be it Local, State or Federal be reported to the Dept. of Justice. Each and Every year ! We the American Public need to know the total extent of this Terrible Problem. There has to be a Transparent and Independent Special Prosecutor and Grand Jury for All Levels of Law Enforcement. Ran by the Dept. Of Justice.

The 14th amendment to the Constitution guarantees all Americans the right to be secure in their papers. This right is withheld from adoptees who are issued falsified birth certificates. Adoptees in most states are not entitled to their heritage, their true and original documents are locked away in state capitals , rarely seeing the light of day. This is discriminatory on many levels and adoptees have been fighting for the truth for decades. It is time to make us equal to everybody else.

Make police officers responsible for their actions. Require them to prove that if they injure or kill someone in the line of duty that they prove their actions were the only possible solution to the problem.

We need to have everything contained in the Constitution with actual enforcement, whether you shine shoes for a living or you are the President of the United States. There are members of Wall Street, law Enforcement and some rich people who are violating the constitution, including five Justices on the U.S. Supreme Court who have become politically corrupt and because of wealth and political associations are getting a way with it. We need true enforcement without cost for those without means.

Why is it that we make doctors pay for malpractice insurance in case they kill someone accidentally, yet police's mistakes are paid by the tax payer. We pay there salaries and then pay the settlements for when they mess up. We need to make police have malpractice of justice insurance insurance. This would do two things. First it would out price the bad police that the police unions are so bent on protecting. This would also save taxpayers the costs for settlements.

Pass the New Columbia Admission Act establishing the State of New Columbia to grant the residents of Washington, DC statehood. This bill (already introduced in Congress) would separate the residential neighborhoods and commercial areas of Washington, DC from the federal government (which would remain an independent federal territory as defined in the Constitution). Decades of struggle show that this is the only viable way to provide DC residents their full citizenship.

No law enforcement officer who shoots and kills or seriously injures an unarmed citizen would be allowed the use or ownership of a gun again. In order to regain that privilege said officer would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they had no choice but to use said deadly force.

Start voter registration, now . After a couple of months call the registrar of voters.to see if it took hold and if not in help the voter get voting rights. If we start now they can't put roadblocks in the way.
